Dragon’s Fire INFINIREELS Slot Review: Expanding Reels and Egg Multiplier

Dragon’s Fire: INFINIREELS™ game artwork by Red Tiger

Dragon’s Fire: INFINIREELS™ starts with a three-by-three board and expands only when a win supports the next reel. A win locks the current reels; the following spin adds one reel to the right, and that reel stays only if it increases the win. A Fire Egg multiplier is tied to that expanding run and resets when the game returns to its original size. The RTP and maximum below are scoped to YesPlay’s published South African ZAR rules; they do not establish values for every operator.

A win decides whether the board grows

The game begins at 3×3 and uses lines rather than a ways count. After any win, the current reels lock and one new reel is added at the right on the next spin. If that new reel increases the win, it locks too; if it fails to increase the win, all added reels are removed and the game returns to 3×3. The expansion is therefore conditional on improving the win, not merely on adding symbols or completing another spin. That rule gives the format a clear stopping condition: an unsuccessful extension resets the board and its accumulated multiplier.

A Fire Egg reveals a multiplier applying to all wins. Only one egg may land per spin, and a later egg adds to the active multiplier. The value resets when the reels return to their initial size. Fire Wilds can randomly ignite up to two reels; after a win they can trigger only on the new reel. The Egg and Wilds thus interact with the same expanding run in different ways: one accumulates value, while the other changes symbols.

Dragon Spins narrow the symbol set

Three Dragon Spins Scatters on the initial three reels award eight Dragon Spins, with one symbol randomly selected for the feature. Only that symbol, Fire Eggs, Fire Wilds and +2 Spins symbols can land during the round. Each +2 symbol adds two spins. This restricted pool distinguishes the bonus from ordinary play: its reel results are built around one selected paying symbol and the supporting feature symbols.

The spin counter and reel expansion describe different parts of the round. The initial award provides eight Dragon Spins, while a winning sequence can add reels under the normal requirement that each new reel increases the win. A failed increase removes the added reels and resets the Egg. Extra +2 symbols extend the bonus counter, rather than directly making a particular new reel qualify to stay.

YesPlay figures and design assessment

YesPlay’s published South African ZAR rules list approximately 95.72% RTP and a maximum multiplier of 10,413.9x. The R2m, R5m and R10m payout columns set maximum stakes at R200, R500 and R1,000, with cash caps of R2,082,780, R5,206,950 and R10,413,900. Red Tiger lists RTP 95.73%, while Evolution lists 95.74%. The listings do not explain the difference. Red Tiger reports a volatility index of 22.38, a numeric provider value rather than a verbal category, and it is not asserted as YesPlay’s volatility setting.

The appeal is a board whose width reflects the current winning sequence. Locked reels preserve the existing result while attention moves to the next addition, and the Egg accumulates alongside that run. The compromise is the amount of state to follow: reel width, multiplier value and the bonus counter can all change for different reasons. A stable-grid feature would be simpler to read.

Stormfire — Both games make Wild mechanics conditional on reel state, but INFINIREELS keeps an added reel only when it improves a win, while Stormfire’s Storm and Fire Wilds combine through their own stated conditions.

Strengths and weak points

Strengths

The reel-growth condition is precise: an added reel persists only when it increases the win, and a reset clearly removes both expansion and the Egg multiplier.

Weaknesses

Expansion depends on the new reel increasing the win; an unsuccessful extension removes all added reels and resets the accumulated Fire Egg multiplier.

Our Editor’s View

INFINIREELS makes expansion depend on what the next reel contributes. A win opens another reel, but an unsuccessful extension returns the board to 3×3 and resets the Fire Egg. Dragon Spins then narrow the symbol pool and add a separate +2 extension rule. Players who like conditional board growth have a clear sequence to follow; those who prefer fixed dimensions may find the changing width and linked multiplier less direct.
